No english I sent several emails not ansered room not cleaned dayley I had to arsk for clean towels one day no breakfast because of no cheif place is very dirty under construction value for money none

It is so close to the airport. We went to see Pileki Magarasi and Firtina Deresi nearby. Perfect for trip;))

The hotel is located very close to the main street, making it a great base to explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and directions to the nearby tea farms. The hot water for the shower was reliable, and the breakfast was tasty and filling.

While the staff were friendly, we did struggle with a language barrier at times. the shower heads in some of the rooms were broken and needed to be fixed.

We liked the hotel from the minute we walked in. We liked the spacious lobby and very helpful and friendly staff. We were a big family and booked several rooms including the family room, and each one was big enough with all the needed facilities including air conditioning. The rooms were always clean and neat. The breakfast buffet was really good and the hotel restaurant overlooked the beautiful scenery of the city and mountains. The hotel is located in the city center where everything is near from the supermarket to the bus station. The shopping area is a minute walk away and there are many kind of restaurants nearby to choose from. We all really enjoyed our stay and hope for a soon return. And again the best thing about the hotel was the friendly and hard working staff. I highly recommend the hotel, in fact I already did to our friends.

It was kinda hard to communicate with staff since there was only one person who speaks English!! It would have been better if more staff spoke English or Arabic.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and it was easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable.

Big and comfortable dining hall

Staff cannot speak English where it is very important. Only one person (waiter) can speak English and not suitable to deal with none reception staff even he was very kind person.

staff were excellent. Breakfast excellent. Location near to main highway, as we had hired a car very good.

The hotel is situated on the corner of three intersecting roads and with the car's using there horns continually it was noisy. Be careful about driving in Turkey, very different culture to EU.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping area and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring the surroundings. the rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms offer good showers. the staff is friendly and willing to help as much as possible, with some members being able to speak English. the breakfast is satisfying and offers a variety of options.

Some of the staff members don't speak English well, which may cause some inconvenience.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the manager who spoke English well. The room was comfortable and had reliable hot water. The location was convenient near shopping places and main streets. a good value for the stay.
